This beautiful holiday apartment overlooks Clifden Bay and is ideally located in the centre of Clifden town. This 3-bedroom apartment, sleeping 5 and is an ideal base for exploring the vibrant town of Clifden and Connemara.

Clifden Bay Holiday Apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5. The apartment is bright and spacious with a large outdoor terrace, that overlooks the picturesque Clifden Bay. It is located on the lower level of the apartment block and is accessed from street level by descending a flight of exterior steps.

- Lounge area with leather sofas, electric stove heater and TV with Sky Channels
- Fully equipped kitchen and dining area seating 6 people
- Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: single sleeping 1
- Bedroom 3: kingsize ensuite with shower sleeping 2
- Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, WC and sink

French doors in the living area provide access to the large outdoor terrace which offers views of Clifden Bay and harbour.

All bedrooms offer lovely views over the terrace, garden and harbour.

Wi-Fi available and electricity and heating is included. Pay and display parking available and free public parking available close by.

Pet Friendly Holiday Home

Clifden Bay Holiday Apartment is a pet-friendly holiday apartment. This property will accept a maximum of 1 dog. Please reserve at the time of booking via our call centre as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms, on carpeted areas or on the furniture. Pets must not be left in the property unsupervised and must be exercised off premises. Where the number of pets is exceeded, or additional cleaning is required due to pets being on furniture, carpets or beds, the charge for the additional cleaning will be made against your security deposit.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €150 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
