Sea Lodge is a unique and charming holiday property situated on the shores of beautiful Bantry Bay in West Cork. This historic boathouse is located on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way, once part of the Bantry House Estate. This unique holiday home is flanked on both sides by water - a tidal inlet to the rear and panoramic views of Bantry Bay and Whiddy Island to the front of the property.

Sea Lodge Bantry Description– Sleeps 4

This charming holiday lodge in Cork was completely renovated in 2015. A gentle nautical theme runs throughout this beautiful holiday lodge. This holiday home has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests:

Property layout – Ground floor:
- Bright open-plan dining area and kitchen with large dining table
- Cosy sitting room with windows overlooking the water
- Bathroom with shower

Property layout – First floor:
- Bedroom 1: kingsize ensuite sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: twin ensuite sleeping 2

The path around the holiday lodge and lovely-sized garden is fenced but care is advised with children.

Outdoor furniture is provided perfect for outside dining.

Wifi is available.

Towels are provided.

Sea Lodge is an easy 7 - 10 minute walk from Bantry town. Walk along the well-lit footpath on the N71 and enjoy uninterrupted views across Bantry Bay to Whiddy Island. From the doorstep of this unique self-catering holiday lodge in Bantry, you can walk the fabulous and interesting Abbey and Rope Walk.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

3. No children under 12:
Due to the water's edge location of this property it is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
