The surrounding area of Ballinskelligs is renowned for its natural beauty along the rugged Wild Atlantic Way.

Fourteens Holiday Home is a unique holiday accommodation with the living quarters located on the first floor, allowing guests to really enjoy the spectacular sea views throughout their stay. This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7 guests comfortably:

Property layout – Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: king ensuite with shower sleeping 2 (+ patio doors lead out to a paved area).
- Bedroom 2: king ensuite with shower sleeping 2
- Bedroom 3: triple sleeping 3
- Family bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink & a jacuzzi bath.
- Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer

Property layout –First floor:
- Open plan kitchen
- Dining area
- Large living room with Freeview TV, DVD player and fireplace.

Outside Fourteens Holiday Home there is a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ provided.

Ample parking is available outside this seaside holiday home in Ballinskelligs.

Wi-Fi available and this is a strictly a no smoking holiday home. Towels are provided within the property.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

3. Children restrictions:
Open-tread stairs lead to the first floor therefore please note this holiday home is not suitable for children under the age of 2.
